Birkengold Dark Chocolate

This dark chocolate bar with a cocoa content of 85% is sweetened with Birkengold® xylitol to create a special treat, whether as a snack in between meals or as a healthy gift for loved ones. It is free from added sugar and is sweetened with xylitol, a natural sweetener obtained from the bark of birch and beech trees. The cocoa bears the Fairtrade seal and is sourced from either Ecuador or the Ivory Coast.

Attention pet owners, especially dog owners: Xylitol is toxic to animals and, like grapes and chocolate, can be dangerous when ingested even in small amounts!

Note: Xylitol can have a laxative effect in humans if consumed in excess.
