Adds spicy notes to your food
- Piper nigrum (black and white pepper). Pepper is a warming, spicy seasoning suitable for curry blends and many Indian recipes.
Recommended use:
- White pepper can be used for lighter dishes, and black pepper can be used for heavier food. White pepper should be added shortly before the end of the cooking process. Black pepper has more flavour, but the flavour evaporates during cooking.
