Description

This creamy, mildly sour cream cheese is made from Austrian cow's milk. The bacon is hand wrapped by hand around the cheese, which is marinated in rapeseed oil. Enjoy on a slice of brown bread for a great snack in between meals!

The bacon-wrapped pieces of cheese are also great on a cold cut platter and taste delicious with pickled or fresh vegetables, sausage, cold cuts and semi-hard cheeses. They also taste great in salads.
