Make jams, jellies or marmalades with a strong fruity flavour with Dr. Oetker Gelling Sugar 2:1. The gelling sugar contains pectin, a plant-based gelling agent, which is derived from citrus fruits and apples. It is very easy to use as the product already contains sugar.
Notes on usage:
- For 1 pack of Gelling Sugar 2:1 (500 g) - Take 1 kg fruit or 900 ml fruit juice.
- You can use any store-bought fruit juice or nectar (except grape juice) to make fruit jelly.
