Mustard seeds are the perfect way to add flavour to homemade pickled gherkins and other vegetables. These flavour-packed yellow mustard seeds are organically grown in Austria and can be used to make your own mustard relish we well.
Manufacturer's tip: If you want to add mustard seeds while cooking, crush them first and heat gently. Add towards the end of the cooking time to retain the volatile aromas.
