Description

Typical curry spices such as coriander seeds, ginger, chilli and fenugreek come together in this finely balanced spice mix with fine peanut flour. This adds delicious notes of peanuts to your curries - smooth, warming and hearty! Peanuts and chicken are a popular combination in Thai cuisine.

Gently fry your curry ingredients in peanut or sesame oil, add this spice mix and deglaze with coconut milk. Let it simmer gently on a low flame until all the ingredients are cooked as desired.

Tip: Peanuts go very well with shrimp and tofu and also with aromatic vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and green beans.
