Rosemary has been a popular herb since ancient times. Its savoury taste and mild, incense-like aroma can be used to refine a wide variety of foods. The aromatic essential oils of rosemary go very well with hearty oven roasts as well as light dishes such as grilled fish and stir-fried vegetables. The aromas of the needle-like leaves of this herb become even more intense when heated.
This organic rosemary is organically grown in Morocco. It is grown and matured in the sun and is therefore intensely aromatic and of top quality.
