This beautifully decorated metal tin contains a Colombina, a small Italian Easter cake made from yeast dough.
The fluffy dough is enriched with fruity tangerine essence, but no candied fruits were used at all. A delicious glaze made from almonds and pistachios gives the cake a special touch, while the sprinkling of crunchy pistachios and granulated sugar rounds off the taste perfectly.
