Description

Traditional craftsmanship and the best ingredients: Carinthian Mountain Salami by Frierss contains 100% beef and pork sourced from Austria seasoned with a special blend of spices according to a family recipe. The raw sausage is smoked over beech wood with juniper berries and left to mature for a further ten weeks for a delicious, aromatic finish. The salami is spicy and hearty in taste with a fine note of pepper - ideal for snacks, sandwiches, appetisers and more.

The recipe is gluten-free and does not contain any added colours. Can be kept for at least 60 days after opening.
