Eva Aschenbrenner explains: "I have fond memories of my childhood. We started drinking rose hip tea as soon as it began getting cooler outside, and I really enjoyed it. A splash of blackberry juice was added to the tea and we were always given a slice of bread with jam too go along with it. My fond memories lead me to name this tea after winter"
