Moon Milk is a trendy new drink that invites you to sit back and relax after a long day, ending things on a happy note. Moon Milk drinks contain Ayurvedic spice blends made with Ashwagandha root, turmeric and/or lucuma fruit. These ingredients are adaptogens: they gently support relaxation and balance.

• Moon Milk good mood: golden-orange, creamy, sweet and spicy thanks to ginger, turmeric and pumpkin. Puts you in a good mood.
• Moon Milk sweet dreams: cocoa-coloured, sweet and creamy with a fine cocoa-cinnamon note. For sweet dreams.
• Moon Milk body flow: purple, creamy, fruity and sweet thanks to yummy blueberries. Encourages harmony of the body and mind.
• Moon Milk nirvana: Sun yellow, with fine, tangy notes of ginger and turmeric and subtle sweetness from lucuma fruit. For mood-enhancing moments!

Preparation recommendation:

• Heat 100–150 ml milk, oat drink or another plant-based drink, add a sachet of Moon Milk, mix with a hand blender or whisk & enjoy. You can also foam it up with a milk frother. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey as desired.
