Black Cumin

Black cumin seeds are used dried, ground or whole. They season vegetables, salads, chutneys, lamb and poultry dishes.
Origins:
Black cumin is found in the Middle East and Southern Europe. Today it is mainly cultivated in Egypt and Turkey.
