• These salt flakes are harvested from an underground salt spring in Villena, Spain. They are harvested by hand and dried by the Alicante wind and the Mediterranean sun.
• The salt is infused with the finest red wine from the Priorat wine district in Catalonia, Spain. The strong, elegant red wine has a wonderful flavour that complements meat dishes particularly well.
