Obsthof Neumeister Organic Peach Vinegar, 500 ml

An organic fruit vinegar with a fine piquant aroma. Sun-ripened organic vineyard peaches are fermented on the mash which clarifies the vinegar and gives it a delicate colour. The vinegar is then matured for 2 years before it is bottled. This mellows the acidity and intensifies and balances the aromas. At the end of the maturation process, this fine vinegar tastes intensely fruity and spicy with a slightly dry finish - a true masterpiece!

The manufacturer recommends using this vinegar not only for salad dressings but also for refining light stocks, sauces, Asian dishes, fish and poultry.
