Description

Originally pepper is native to South India and is cultivated today mainly in Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Africa. To make white peppercorns, the peppercorns are gently dried and finally, the outer peel is removed.

White pepper has a pleasant, long-lasting sharpness. White pepper is wonderful in sauces, meat, fish and poultry dishes and is very popular in Asian cuisine.
