Plus, the traditional production method, where the pasta is made by extrusion from bronze dies, results in excellent cooking properties (stays firm to the bite after cooking) and an improved ability to bind with creamy sauces - a highly coveted factor among gourmets.

Tip: In addition to serving with your favourite pasta sauce or sugo, penne is also ideal for casserole dishes such as gratins and is also a delicious side dish with hearty ragouts.

Preparation: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 6 to 7 minutes in plenty of salted water.
