Mill & Mortar Organic Green Dukkah

The Green Dukkah blend is a delicious combination or roasted almonds, green pistachios and green fennel. It was inspired by a trip Mill & Morte took through the Sahara desert.

The basic ingredients used for the Dukkah are nuts, spices, salt and sugar. There is no specific recipe used to make Dukkah, instead, the blend uses ingredients that you would find in your kitchen to produce a tasty, protein-rich flavour.

Traditionally Dukkah is eaten with flat bread that has been dipped in oil, but it can also be used for sweets or other Arabian dishes.
