Description

Very tender and tasty: The cleaned rack of lamb from the Weiz sheep farmers is a real treat!

After seasoning, fry the meat hot in the pan, then cook in the oven at 80 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Measure internal temperature with a meat thermometer - at 56-58 degrees the meat is just pink and extra tender!
