Description

This set includes everything you need to serve a traditional and delicious Italian dessert. Primo Pan Foglie di Mais corn cookies are made with butter, brown sugar and stone-ground corn (maize) - a reinterpretation of the classic "paste di meliga", a traditional regional speciality from Piedmont.

The zabaione by ZabaLab is made with a traditional recipe using fresh eggs from free-range hens, Italian sugar and the best Marsala wine. The fine dessert cream tastes just like it's been freshly prepared and goes perfectly with the Foglie di Mais corn cookies by Primo Pan.

The creamy dessert tastes delicious both cold and gently warmed up in a bain-marie (warm water bath).
