Description
Enjoy the original zabaione with the sweet Krumiri which is infused with a hint of aromatic Madagascar vanilla. This speciality from Piedmont is a delicious accompaniment with the creamy wine mousse and is also ideal for dunking.
Zabaione, also known as zabaglione, is a typical dessert speciality from Italy. The sweet, aromatic wine mousse by ZabaLab is made with fresh eggs from their own free-range hens, Italian sugar and the best vintage marsala and rivals the taste of freshly prepared zabaione. Garnish with fresh berries and serve with the sweet krumiri.
The creamy dessert tastes delicious both cold and gently warmed up in a bain-marie (warm water bath).
