Yuzu is a variety of citrus that is part mandarin orange and part lime. Zotter has created a refreshingly fruity tasting chocolate ganache with white chocolate, yuzu juice, mandarin orange and a dash of lemon. Encased in milk chocolate with 50% cocoa content.
