This soy flour from organic soybeans grown in Europe is naturally gluten-free and versatile in use. Thanks to traditional production methods where the soybeans are gently heated, crushed and finely ground, the taste remains subtle. It also has thickening properties and can replace 20 to 30% of conventional grain flour in baking recipes. It is a good source of protein and fibre - ideal for nutritious and healthy meals.
