Our 'BBQ Salt Block" is cut from huge blocks of rock salt. The salt comes from the foothills of the Himalayas in Pakistan and is therefore called "Himalaya Salt". The large salt block is 20cm wide, 10cm long and 2.5cm high and has room for 1 normal sized steak or fish fillet.

Tips & Preparation
Put the block on the indirect section of the grill and let it heat up. After a few minutes, it will be at operating temperature. Pork, poultry, vegetables, tofu, fish or prawns can be used with this salt block- the block adds a delicious salty note to your food! Purification of the "BBQ Salt Block" is also easy. Please never put it in the dishwasher or in the water. Cleaning products are also taboo. Swipe the block with a knife to remove any remaining residue, then use a clean metal sponge or damp cloth to clean around the block. Store in a dry place and wrap it in a cotton cloth. You can block as often as you like, but naturally, each use uses up some of the block.
