Description

Various organic soft wheat varieties from the Piedmont region are carefully ground in the historic Mulino Sobrino mill to make this flour.

The "Type 2" classification describes the high mineral content. This means that "type 2" flours have more parts of the outer layers of the grains and seedlings than the "Type 00" (a particularly light flour with few minerals).

The slightly darker wheat flour is particularly suitable for baking bread, shortbreads, quiches or tarts and savoury cakes.
