Rapunzel Organic Pudding Powder - Chocolate

This vegan pudding powder is the perfect answer to the question "what's for dessert?" The heavily de-fatted cocoa powder ensures an intensely chocolaty tasting pudding. Whether you make it with dairy milk or your favourite plant-based milk substitute is entirely up to you.

Tip: You can also use the pudding powder for baking.

How to prepare: Mix the pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of cold milk or milk substitute and 40g of Rapunzel Cristallino cane sugar or Rapadura whole cane sugar until smooth. Bring 500 ml milk or milk substitute to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the smooth mix. Boil briefly again and then pour into a mould rinsed out with cold water. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before turning it upside down on a plate - or enjoy warm!
